At present the world’s most influential and oldest films are awarded from the U.S. Motion Picture Arts and Sciences awarded.

Awards Origin: In May 1927 in the United States Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences set up the banquet it was suggested that the achievements should be rewarded in order to promote the development of film art. The participants agreed and then the MGM art teacher Cedric Gibbons drew a sketch on the tablecloth. Later the young artists graduated from art school George. Sri Lanka Stanley molded the statue.
